Refund Policy for The Sitdown UK:

 

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure that our attendees have a fair and transparent refund policy. Please take a moment to review our refund policy below:

 

  • The Sitdown doesn't offer refunds, but we welcome the transferring of tickets to another person or to a future Sitdown event. The Sitdown UK must be notified via email of the transfer at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  • If you fail to attend the event, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In case of a cancellation or postponement of the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will provide attendees with the option to transfer their ticket to a future event or receive a full refund.
  • All refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the refund request.
